Project Overview.

JINJU is strategically located steps from the Burquitlam Skytrain Station, Cottonwood Park and the future YMCA. The tower is comprised of 387 efficiently planned one to three-bedroom homes, including five levels of market rental apartments and eight market and rental townhomes at the base of the tower. Within the rental building, a mix of 80 market and affordable rental one to three-bedroom units make up the structure. JINJU’s modern architecture and striking, symmetrical black and white palette establish the building as a bold addition to the Coquitlam skyline. Wellness lays the foundation for JINJU’s unprecedented amenity collection of over 25,000 sf of curated indoor and outdoor amenity space designed to foster connectivity.

VDC-BIM

Our Virtual Design Construction (VDC) capabilities, which include Building Information Management (BIM) modelling, ensure our clients have complete 3D renderings, organization and workflow processes to anticipate any complexity.

Warranty Services

Our extensive two-year warranty program covers any mechanical system that we install. Our warranty team is quick on their toes and takes pride in their work. We make great things happen and guarantee our systems to last.

Prefabrication

Our prefabrication hangar has the capacity to address large-scale mechanical contracting needs while ensuring quality and precision. Our collaborative process ensures a high-quality product that fits accurately and saves on build time.
