MECHANICAL SCOPE: Omega-Broadway will lead the mechanical team for the project duration; including all plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, and sprinkler systems.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The development at the BCR9 site at 5768 Gray Ave will be a 6-storey building consisting of over 120,000 square feet of living space divided over 152 suites. It is half of a two-building complex by UBC Properties Trust in Wesbrook Village dedicated to providing rental homes to faculty and staff of the university. Both buildings, creating a combined total of 254 rental homes, are located adjacent to the future research office cluster of South Campus.
